Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 days of placing it. Please contact us to initiate the cancellation process. If your package has already been shipped, it will need to be returned unopened. Once we receive the returned package, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days.

Yes, you can request an address change before your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped. If the updated address results in a higher shipping cost, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference. If the shipping cost is lower, we’ll issue a refund for the difference.
